Football Pool Name

Required... provide the name of your Football Pool. A football pool name is created by its pool manager, and must be entered precisely in order to join a pool. Check with your football pool manager for your exact Football Pool Name.
Pool Password

Optional... if set by the Pool Manager you must provide the password in order to Join this Pool.
