Firm narrow the gap to 8-7 in the bottom of the third when the dusty winds kicked up and Wilbur had difficulties pitching the ball to the strike zone. Before top of the fourth THOR-GUARD went off and rain pelted the fields during a ½ hour weather delay... game was postponed to be completed at a later date with Rejects leading 8 - 7 going into the top of the 4th inning. Umpire: Tony Will miss: Carmen (work), Glen (Cabo San Lucas). Game resumes July 8th 9:15 pm as the 1st part of a double header with team Firm. Rejects bats are hot and put runs on the board in 3 of 4 of remaining innings. Good thing, because Firm scores liberally as well.
